How Monitored Security Systems Works:
The highly trained team in our monitoring center is on alert for your system's burglary, fire and medical alarms 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. On average, Olode takes just 30 seconds to initiate a response to your system's emergency signal. Powerful systems, state-of-the-art technology, and live experts synchronise to deliver a response that signifies our commitment to providing you true peace of mind.
The illustration below shows you a general idea of the most basic steps in a monitoring centre response:

• Alarm is activated due to the triggering of any armed, monitored system component. For instance, by an intruder.
• An emergency signal is transmitted to OLODE's Central Station, where we work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• A central station specialist will initiate a response in an average of 30 seconds and follow appropriate protocol.
• If help is needed, the central station specialist will notify emergency personnel to direct them to the premises.
